A poorly aligned body is pulled down by gravity and must struggle to keep its balance.

When the body is balanced, the mind, nervous system and all the organs and tissues to which it relates, function more efficiently and our inner healing system can work.

 

Yoga is known and said to be helpful for about every physical ailment know to date.

Reflexology is used to correct “imbalances” in the body that may be causing ill-health.

Chiropractic can treat disorders associated with the nerves, muscles, bones and joints of the body.

Massage almost effective for any condition and is particularly helpful for tension headaches, back pain, hyperactivity and also insomnia
