Get moving with a Breakfast Sundae

It takes energy to get ready in the morning to start a new day. Usually on a schedule, mornings may bring on a hectic pace. To pump your body with good energy sources, build yourself a breakfast banana split.

 

Start with a potassium-rich banana splitting lengthwise, spread with peanut butter, top with calcium-filled yogurt and a hint of chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with crunchy low-fat granola and enjoy.
