When I realized that my body was not a healthy shape anymore, I felt confused on how it had got this far. Life was busy and stressful granted, the old saying of time just got away from me, seem to apply. Now middle aged and not feeling all that sexy, the doctor puts me on cholesterol medication to top it off. My energy seemed to dwindle the more I needed it.
Searching for the answers in products, books and plans, I realized they were not made just for me. The blanket information out there just didn't fit into my needs. I am not good at diet plans where the meals are laid out for me, where I have to follow the exact meal for that day. I don't like swordfish with glazed carrots and I definitely do not want to be cooking it at the end of my day. The exercise plans were off the wall, two days in and I hated every move.
I needed something that fit me and would be something I could live with forever. I needed a plan of action that made sense for who I was and what I enjoyed.
It turned into a Personal Wellness cookbook based on a what I needed to guide me to success. With knowledge and tools you incorporate into your life gradually and with commitment.
